    Quoted and scoped in writing. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

  3. Set out & lay

    50% deposit before start. Set out to plans, laid to line and level, to AS 3700 / AS 4773.

  4. Finished clean

    Site left clean. Balance due on completion.

We're based in Bentleigh VIC 3204, with site visits across Melbourne's south-east, inner east and surrounding suburbs.

Do you work for builders or homeowners?

Both. Builders get sub-contract work to set-out plans and programs. Homeowners get a written quote and deal with us directly.

How do I get a quote?

Email plans or photos to belobrick1@tpg.com.au or call 0401 826 702. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

How much does it cost?

Every job is priced individually once we've seen the plans or the site. You get the price and scope in writing before anything starts.

What are your payment terms?

50% deposit before start, balance on completion.

Can you fix cracking, crumbling mortar or rising damp?

Yes. We assess the wall first, then repair or rebuild to match. Written condition reports are available.

Do you build retaining walls and core-filled blockwork?

Yes, on reinforced footings and to the engineer's details.

Which standards do you build to?

AS 3700 (Masonry structures) and AS 4773 (Masonry in small buildings).
